I was introduced to Mr. Jorge Luiz Viana Diniz by a mutual friend, a doctor in Mechatronics who is part of a very dear and influential family in the state of Piauí.

This presentation happened because I, who live in England since 2016, would like to import Brazilian classic cars to this country. They are old vans and are in great demand here in this country and they are vehicles that Mr. Jorge currently works with.

Jorge then sent me two international charges, one for the purchase of the vehicle I chose and the other for transportation expenses.

The container arrived but the carrier had no record of any payment made in Brazil.

So Jorge sent me a shipping receipt from DHL, in PDF format and via Whatsapp, proving that he was sending me the documents I needed to pick up the vehicle.

I was curious why this hadn't been sent before, but that's ok, I understand that there may be costs and unforeseen activities, so, trusting that DHL would be delivering said documents within a day or two, I made the payment he requested.

The result is that no documents were even sent and I believe that even the documents he mentioned to me do not even exist.

I very much wish that were not the case and that DHL's proof of shipment was not a forged document to convince me to make a payment.

If this is the case, we are talking about fraud and embezzlement that can affect the Seven Seas company at all levels, from the cancellation of accounts at the banks involved to civil proceedings where all the company's partners will be involved, namely Dyego Viana Diniz Braz, Ramon Viana Diniz Braz and Bruno Viana Diniz Braz.

Today I have filed a lawsuit against this individual, but it is one of the seven lawsuits that him and his companies are responding today (on going, open, lawsuits... I can only imagine how many times was sued in his lifetime).
